Food was good but they overcharged me and argued with me about it.nThe lady at the window lied to her manager and told her I ordered on at the window when I didn't. Manager fixed everything finally after about 10 minutes of arguing with the employee.nI love Arbys but won't be going back there. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to argue with them.
I love Arby's. The menu is varied and different. Lots of choices. The 2 to 4 special is the best. Sliders, shakes and cookies each for a dollar.
We love Arby's but have to drive 70 miles. Need one in Granbury off So. Hwy 144. I had to go through the line twice because they forgot a sandwich. They were great and polite.
Manager was very rude. Fish sandwich was dry like it had sat under a heat lamp for hours. Employee was constantly apologizing for manager. No more Arbys for me or my family. So sad used to be great. Another one bites the dust ud83dude22
This is higher than I wanted to give them. There wad 3 cars infront of us. But we were waiting about 20 minutes. We decided to drive off. As we drove around the building one worker was on a ladder putting up a sign. Another one or two was arguing outside the door. They need to keep their personal stuff away from their job. Because it is costing the company money. And very bad customer service.
