Wonderful Cleaners.... I won't say that they are perfect, however if they make a mistake, they will correct it. I've had a blouse burned on the sleeve and they politely paid for it by taking the price of the blouse off my cleaning bill. I've put large amounts of clothes in the cleaners and I've paid large amounts, however my clothes are very clean and well worth the small fortune. I like the late hours that they are open and the service is great!
Always friendly and never ruin my clothes! They do a great job with a smile.
After picking up the laundry my wife had a uniform top with a four inch rip in it. When asked about it the employee and the owner said they could not have done this due to all the do is wash the clothes. It must be your fault as it came in that way. There is no a business every makes a mstake and now they are saying that we just want a new garment, which is not true I would be happy with a comment that we may have made a mistake and an apology. But this owner beleives he owns a perefect business and it the customers fault. So my opinion would be to take your busness some where the company knows that the customer is not to blame for the mistkes of the company and the company will take ownership for their actions.
