My girlfriend and I have been using this place for several years. Like any dry cleaner, they have missed spots, been told they wouldn't come out only to remove them by working on it ourselves. I dropped off some clothes last week to be cleaned. After I picked them up I noticed that one of the shirts wasn't mine or was faded horribly in the cleaning process. I took the shirt back and asked if there was some confusion and they mixed up my shirt with someone elses. They insisted it was indeed my shirt. I left it for the manger and owner to inspect as this was a $150.00 Tommy Bahama shirt. The manager tried to give me some grief and I said let the owner look at this because I'm done with your attitude. So, today the owner tells me that the dye in the shirt released and it wasn't their fault. I don't know anything about the dry cleaning process, but I know BS when I hear it. We won't be back.

Did a poor job of pressing dinner jacket. Returned three times to try to get it right to no avail. Finally talked with owner who responded rudely in an arrogant, argumenative, and ignorant manner.nI have patronized this cleaners for years mainly for shirts and pants. The front people are friendly, efficient, and courteously responsive. Too bad they work for such an arrogant jerk. The pressing area is not air conditioned. Essentially, he runs a sweat shop.nRecommend avoiding this place altogether unless you want your best clothes ruined and are willing to tolerate the insults of the owner.nWilliam Gibson

The worst dry cleaning place I have ever been to. I check my shirts before every time I drop them off at a dry cleaner. When I was putting on a shirt two weeks later, I noticed several large stains on two of my shirts. I went back to the dry cleaners to complain about the issue. The manager said that the stains were previously on the shirt before cleaning. That makes no sense becausenn1) I check every time when I send my shirts in for dry cleaning for stains so I know what's on my shirts beforehand.nn2) The manager recalling a specific shirt that had a specific stain that had cleaned two weeks prior was highly doubtful. I doubt that the manager was the one cleaning the shirt.nnI asked him if there was anything he could do and he said that he could try to clean the shirt, but I would have to pay for the service. Why would I have to pay for the store's mistakes? I said that the offer was no good. He said that he couldn't do anything about it.nnThe manager was very rude during the talk I had with him. I am never going back to this place for dry cleaning. If you haven't been there yet, keep your distance from them.
