Five stars is not enough. I had a best experience with the customer service, specifically Angela. She helped me when my Mirka sander give up after 4 years of work. I really loved that sander so I send there for a repair hoping it’s fixable. Four days later I got an email from Angela with the great news that they’re replacing my old one with a brand new one.nIt’s the best sander for fine guitar work.nNorthwest Industrial Tool is a great company with very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they really care about customers.nI’ll be a customer for life!!
Love this place, they have all the tools and fasteners you need and can repair whatever else you have broken. The people are cool and nice and the blonde woman behind the counter is damn cool and a total babe
Fantastic family owned local business with massive inventory of top tools and equipment. Don't buy from the big box store these guys have it all st better pricing, selection and great service.
