I bought my entire lumber package and siding package for my new home. Everything was great until it came time to dealing with siding. They sent a significant amount of extra expensive siding out. When they picked up the extras, they didn’t refund me for over 25% of the actual order. (Over a thousand dollars at least)nnStill trying to get the refund right which is taking months. Very surprised to get this kind of service at what i thought was a great outfit.nnI have tried many times to Reach My rep Dion Soto and he will never respond.
First-time visit today. Was hoping to establish new connection for my growing woodworking business. Guess that's not happening since the guy behind the counter curtly informed me they have a closed lumber yard. He didn't seem to care one bit to help me with my order. Never returning and don't recommend for the general public. Seems like a cat club for general contractors and such.
Big thanks to Joe Keith for helping me with the Framing Lumber, Beams, TJI's, Rim Boards, Sheathing, Fascias, Housewrap, Cap Staples... and some beautiful 6x6's and tongue and groove for my covered porches. You name it, Joe can get it put together.

These guys have been here forever, and used to always have humorous, tongue-in-cheek sayings on their sign. They have always been helpful and willing to humor my little project ideas, often giving me whatever scrap piece I needed. Just wanted to say thanks for being the great local lumber store that you are, and more people should buy their project needs from Milwaukie Lumber.
