I want to recognize one of Home Depot Vancouver on Andresen's employees. His name is Simon and he works in the electrical department. But that is not the only department he knows. My husband and I were picking up some electrical supplies for a project coming up at our home and we did not have a CLUE as to what we were looking for. Simon absolutely took his time, walked us through everything on my list (and it was a full page of items) until everything was in our cart. We needed some additional plumbing items and he took us to the correct isle and fixed us up there as well. Simon went WAY above and beyond. He is truly an asset to your store. No lines in the morning. Seemed to be well stocked. Was about to get in get what i needed and get out. No more hour long line to get in. Maybe i just hit it at the right time. Went Tuesday morning. Self-checkout machine was able to gave me change.
I just went to this place on Wednesday morning 09/16/20 and I was looking for knee pads, I know that the knee pads they usually are at the power tools area, so I asked a worker who was there for a little help, and instead of trying to help me, he got mad at me because I asked for little help, I know that some times you are having a rough day but if you don't like your job, get another one that suits your needs, any ways I had a bad experience at this place
Went to pick out some area rugs for our new home. Pretty good selection, nice employees, and fairly stress free check out. All in all, a good experience.
