I love this place for I believe it is family owned and if not family owned it sure gives you that feel. I would also say this is not just from a few visit this is from many visits over many many years. They are always friendly and the best of all is they are always willing to help. Great customer service plus they have every nut, screw, bolt and almost any other unique part you may need.
Bruce and his employees are first rate. Very knowledgeable and always friendly. I am a regular here and am always greeted by my name, making make me feel as if my business is important to them.
I love the service and people that work here. They are always very helpful no matter what I am looking for, or what project I am working on. I have been shopping with them for years, before when they were located at what used to be referred to as Garrison Square. I highly recommend you to do your shopping at ACE Cascade Village Hardware.
