I had an issue with my ex girlfriend and had to call mwpd several time because she wouldn't leave. The next day my ex girlfriend came by to get her personal belongings and an officer came out to keep the peace .All I know is the officers first name was christy. She was extremely professional and polite .my ex on the other hand.....well . Needless to say the officer made a stressful situation alot less stressfull. I'm very thankful for the MWPD for helping me .Keep up the great work!!!!!nKenneth Starn

I just want to say Officer Stine (I Hope I got the spelling right) was the nicest police officer that I’ve met. He was headed into lunch and I had a question for him so he stopped what he was doing to talk to me. He was a great funny guy. If I ever come back to mineral wells I would like to do a ride around with that guy.

Just watched a YouTube video where 2 mineral wells police officers stop and detain 2 photographers for filming from a public area. When the photographers didn’t want or need to Id one of the officer said you’re “going” to identify. After these two officers realized they couldn’t do any thing. They both refused to identify themselves! So unprofessional and ill informed.
