We had a travel trailer so we couldn't go through the drive thru and were trying to park when one of the employees came out to take our order. He went above and beyond the typical job description to help us out and he was very nice!
Their salad always has mold and I have pictures of proof and proof from other people saying they barely change their grease. You can taste old grease in the Chicken Strips. This used to be my favorite place back in 2011 but now this place has gone down.
Tried to eat there today, ordered the special of the day cod fish sandwich, 5 minutes into order window slid open and informed me they are out of Dr Pepper but have Pepsi, OK thats fine, 10 minutes later window slid open and asked if I ordered mashed potatoes, I stated nope, I ordered fries, then I saw them cutting a bag of fries open and dropping into the grease, waited another 15 minutes with cars lined up behind out of site around the building, I finally just left with my $8.70 Pepsi.
I had stopped going to this particular restaurant because of one or two mishaps. We went back today after about half a year and low and behold they haven't changed. I spend close to $65 and they still got my drive thru order wrong. I hope they close it down.
If I could rate this 0 stars I would!!! Worse customer service ever! They don't answer their phone, or they pick it up & hang up! They gave us burnt tenders! Like they haven't even changed out their oil!!!
