I guess it took me a while to realize I never posted a review of this business. Back in November, we had New Covenant Plumbing put in a new toilet for us. It was a more complex install than a standard toilet but they handled it splendidly. This was after waiting on another plumber for a couple of weeks that couldn't get to it. We called New Covenant on a referral from a friend. It wasn't urgent at all since our old toilet sort of worked. Nevertheless they got out to us the same DAY. I thanked them later and told them it really wasn't necessary to get to us that quickly. They said it is part of their business philosophy to get to people that quickly if they can. Their work is reasonably priced as well.

Said they were going to show up for 2 days and never did.. no call no show.. I called the office 3 times.. Monday said after lunch.. no show.. called Tuesday morning .. time frame between 1-4.. no show.. no call.. I called charter at 15 min. Till five on Tuesday.. they are now here and almost done in less then an hour..

These guys were the second plumber that we called, but I sure wish they had been the first! The first guy came out twice without fixing or communicating the problem and I had trouble getting in touch with him. We called New Covenant Plumbing and they came the next day--he immediately saw the problem (a tree grew into my water main) and they fixed it the same day. Not only that, but when I had an issue the next day with something unrelated, he came back to my house and replaced a part inside of my toilet--he didn't charge me for his time or the part that he replaced. This is a great company--knowledgeable, fast, and great communication with me, the customer. Highly recommend!

These guys worked fast. But cut every corner possible. They installed studer valves on every single drain, in stead of properly venting through the roof. They also flooded the entry hall because they didn't check their work before turning the main back on.nWhen told they were at fault, they ran for the hills.
