Never had any issue with them on the streets but I called today to get some help and get put on hold twice. Update called back in the afternoon and got a hold of a different lady. Extremely helpful wish i got her name.

The officers here are very nice and polite. Everytime I've needed help or got pulled over, they have been courteous and none threatening. I feel safe at night knowing they are protecting us.

Jan 2016- I was on vacation and staying in Sulphur Springs for a week. My brother had a medical emergency and the Sulphur Springs Police were prompt, polite, and great people who were easy to talk with and helped our family out greatly. Good Officers. Thanks for what you do!
