They were prompt and found a stoppage within 15 minutes of arriving. If they weren't so much higher than everyone else, they would be my first choice any time I had plumbing issues.

They are nice guys who do a good job.
We had experienced a terrible storm and blew a tree over and broke our water lines a few weeks ago. We don't have water for 2 days. I searched on Google for plumbers in our area and it showed up J.R. Services. We contacted them and right away they arrived and fixed it. So thankful for their prompt response. We Highly recommended their services. Will definitely refer them to our senior friends!
Today I made an appointment for J.R. Services to unclog my sewer line, they were not able to keep the set time, I received a courtesy call explaining why they might be late and they asked my permission to be late. They did show up at the 2nd appoingtment time ( which was only 30 min. later). They had reasonable prices, were prompt, professional and courteous. They answered all of my questions with knowledge, I can say I was truly impressed, I will be using them for a future project.
