I love the friendly and welcoming attitude from the owner and staff. They make it a point to make it an experience for the customer. Customer service is huge for me. Great wash, and love coming here to support this small business.
These guys were so cheerful. Did a great cleanup on my dirty truck. Then they gave me these fantastic dash cleaning cloths. Best my interior looked and easiest to use. Definitely want to get more
I dont know how this place has such a high rating, the people who post with 5 star rating obviously don't care about their cars paint. I usually hand wash my car at the self service ones but decided to try this place out because of the amazing reviews. Worst car wash I've been to. Might as well washed my car with a steel wool pad, not just swirl marks covering the entire car but actually deep scratches as well. If you actually care about your cars paint, take it to the sparkle self service car wash by mill plain.
Staff couldn't have been nicer, owner happily came out to greet us, full of positive energy was inspiring to see a local business owner so happy and proud to deliver a great service. (At a fantastic price as well)nnI well definitely be returning to Clausens car wash everytime I need a car wash
