Food was good. I told the gal when we pulled up, that we would have a big order. I am not sure if she was doing it to be funny, or was just not listening, but I ordered one order of chicken strips and she asked if that was all. Then I repeated it would be a big order. Ordered a small diet Dr. Pepper and she asked if that was all. Then after I ordered each item, I would say I have more. If she just truly wasn't paying attention the 2 stars stands. If she was being sarcastic, I will change this to a 5 stars immediately.

They did a good job but were very, very slow. They chose to all work on 2 cars getting a much more in-depth service then I was getting, instead of spacing out and getting my car done. Which would have freed up a spot for the many waiting cars much sooner.

This place is terrible. It is ownerships fault. They don't hire enough people, and you can tell that they don't motivate the ones they have. I got a basic wash which included a vacuum and dashboard wipe down. I went thru the wash immediately. 45 minutes later they had not done anything other than dry the exterior. Nothing done inside the car. This is not the first time they have been slow.nI left because I have other things to besides get my car washed.nYou are a cold Rocket. Im done using you. Paid $70 for ultimate wash and 4 mats. Still had crumbs in my leather seats. Interiors of doors were still dirty. Even though I paid for ultimate wash, it seems they only vacuumed and didn’t do that good of a job at that.nnCame back after owner wanted to make this right. This time, my car was dirty with sand inside. They did a great job!! It looks new inside!nn07/10/2020 - Brought my other car in today. Another great job!

I’ve always had nothing but excellent experiences at Rocket Wash. My wife and I both love washing our cars here! Our cars always look amazing, inside and out. The best part is they towel dry every time after the exterior wash. Our kids ask all the time to go here because they love the look of the wash tunnel and the smell of the bubbles! I’ve been to other car washes and they don’t go as good of a job. It’s nice to feel like I’ve finally found a local car wash that does both an awesome job and has friendly staff members! I recommend them all the time to anyone who is looking for a good exterior and interior car wash!! Oh and their car wash package is the best around. Such an awesome deal!
