I never washed my car at automatic car washes and decided to do it just this one time. Wrapped my new Mercedes just a few months ago and it was in perfect condition... after just a single automatic wash the car literally looks like someone took sandpaper to it. SCRATCHES ARE EVERYWHERE. Spent thousands on the wrap and now I’m literally depressed.
I have been a customer for over 4 years and have never had such a horrible experience as I did tonight. Poor customer service. Employees were rude. Normaly I would give 5+stars but tonight's female employee makes me not want to continue being a patron of this business. She hit my windshield several times with the palm of her hand. She started the machine before I could put my car in neutral causing the tracks to lift my car as they ran underneath. The actions of the employees were incredibly inappropriate.

I'm not a big fan of automated car washers but this place seems to be the best in the Vancouver area. It was not a perfect wash but it did better than expected.
Decent car wash, friendly service, and free vacuuming with car wash. Nice vacuum setup with tons of bays... enough for safe distancing (every other parking spot) while we were there
