Called for a non-urgent sewer gas smell in our bathroom and was able to schedule an appointment for the following week. Adrian and Tom (maybe Steve, sorry) arrived within the scheduled window and were able to diagnose the problem quickly. They needed a specialty part, but were able to acquire it and make the repair same-day. They explained everything they were doing and made me feel confident in their work. Thanks!

Rene Hernandez, the owner, was very professional with his work and patient with my questions. During Covid times, they also wore masks/gloves/booties to provide as safe a visit as possible. Great job!
