Highly recommend this company. Joey, Jose', Ms. Alexi came out to fix our sewage line that was broken when new cable company installed their cable lines in our neighborhood. Joey came with state of the art equipment and recorded where the break occurred, depth and location. Provided us with video and pictures. Then, him and his crew quickly fixed the problem. He answered all of our questions, provided us with a very detail receipt which will also help with claims. This company was prompt, kept us informed to their arrival, worked professionally and in a timely manner. I will definitely use and recommend them!

Made the call at 4:55pm and Joey arrived at my home around 5:20pm which was right before the winter storm weather began. Even though I repeated to him several times I appreciated him coming out as fast as he did I don’t think he realized how much of a lifesaver he was tonight! Definitely will be calling him if I need any other plumbing work and I will not hesitate to refer him to anyone I know needing work done. Thanks again Joey, you’re the best!

I had a water leak coming from the garage where my washing machine would drain. Solution Plumbing was the third place I called, but after Joe came by to take a look I knew they were the right people to fix my issue, and they did quickly without sacrificing work quality.nnThanks Solution Plumbing for the help.

Positive feedback about Solutions Plumbingn1. I called on Saturday and they arrived that day at the time I needed them there.n2. The plumber immediately showed his Masters plumber license.n3. He quoted up front before he did any work and kept me updated on the running bill as he found more leaks.nnConstructive feedback about Solutions Plumbingn1. The “master plumber” took 6 hours to fix multiple leaks - especially the one that he had to go back to three times. I was two hours late for a family function but oh well.n2. I requested PEX piping to be used and he refused to do so saying that it would decrease the value of my home. He said multiple times that copper was the way to go and that is why he installed commercial copper?! Probably to keep the cost of his services higher.n3. The “master plumber” added that PEX and Sharkbite fittings were for DIYers and real plumbers don’t use them. I explained that all new homes use it and he said it wasn’t the way to go. I disagreed but because I didn’t have running water for two weeks, I went ahead with it.n4. Found the “master plumber” to be slightly condescending. Maybe because he is a “master plumber”.

We have called on Solution Plumbing twice now and have been more than pleased on both occasions. Our service provider Joey arrived the same day we placed our call for water leaking from a hot water heater. He quickly assessed what was wrong. He offered options including the costs and expected longevity of our choices. His work was thorough, explained fully to us and the price was very reasonable. We will continue to rely on Solution Plumbing for any plumbing issue in the future.
