Another 5-Star performance by Gladstone Plumbing Co! Super responsive and professional. Please give them a try for all your plumbing needs. This is the second time they have helped me out with a drainage problem. They also did good job on our home remodel. I highly recommend!!
Ken was very professional, did the job efficiently, effectively and most of all courteously. He was very friendly and took the time and effort to clean up the mess made by the backup. He gave everything a quick scrub and showed me some important tips to help the issue from reoccurring. I would definitely call on his services again if needed and recommend Gladstone Plumbing Co to my friends.
I am very impressed with the friendly and timely service provided by Gladstone Plumbing Co. Within a day of calling them, they were able to come to my place and give a fair and reasonable quote for a leaking shower. I was worried the fix would cost me hundreds but they gave me a price far lower than the quotes from competitors. They quickly fixed my shower and my leak saga was solved in only two hours! Highly recommend them.
Called Gladstone Plumbing Co when the main line out my 92 year old mother's home was blocked and flooding her entire home. Ken and his father answered my voicemail within minutes and showed up at the house within an hour later! They went right to work and proved to be professional, thorough, clean, conscientious, and courteous - qualities that are all too hard to find in this area. I will not hesitate to contact Gladstone Plumbing Co if I need plumbing services in the future.
The office staff was awesome about communicating and working with our schedules. The plumbers sent were amazing to work with, explaining all of the work and process to complete it and providing us with follow up. 5 stars to Gladstone Plumbing Co!
