Amazing customer service. Very friendly and fast. They got me in the same day as the estimate. Carpet looks great (they stretched it and spot cleaned it). I would highly recommend them if you need any carpet or tile services.
Owner communicates well and explains everything. Very responsive: came to give quote the next day. Arrived on time a couple of days later and did a thorough job for a good price.
I had my dining room white/cream tile cleaned by this company. The grout was so dirty when they started on this 30-year-old tile... It looks BRAND NEW after Archer Carpet and Tile cleaned it. I am so happy with the job they did and I highly recommend them. They also cleaned the carpeting on our stairs and they look amazing too!
Paul did an excellent job cleaning and deodorizing the wall to wall carpet on our second floor. Though we have relatively new carpet in all bedrooms, hall and stairways, it was already stained and smelled of dog due to our pack of rescues. Having a number of rescues himself, Paul knew what to do to make it not only come clean but smell wonderful. Last year, he also cleaned our tile and grout downstairs, and did a great job. I appreciate his honesty and efficiency. We highly recommend.
