We are repeat customers of Great American Rug and will continue to be so. They have cleaned a number of carpets that our family has owned for many years and recently we have had hem remove the fringe from any that we have taken to them. They have always been polite, professional and a complete pleasure to work with. If you need to leave the rug with them for a period of time that has been no problem. Lately we have taken advantage of their pickup and delivery service and the only problem is not seeing their friendly office staff.
We have used Great American Rug Cleaning Co. in Tomball TXnfor a number of years to clean our oriental rugs and upholstery,'nOur rugs always come back with a new shine. If the rugs are delivered when they are coming to. clean upholstery, the gentlemen cheerfullynoffered to install the rug and wrap and move the old one to our garage.nTheir upholstery cleaning us is top notch and we are very satisfied with the results. In short, this company is the best.
Glen from Great American Rug Cleaning cleaned all the floors in our newly purchased home. The carpet loos great and is so soft again. The tile cleaning blew my mind! My ceramic tiles and grout look amazing. Glen was very professional and extremely hard working. I will definitely use them again!
These guys did an excellent job on our Travertine refinish project. The floors in fact look better now than they did when first installed. Great job!
