Great Clips

I made an appointment on line using their Great Clips webpage and was promised 0 waiting time. Arrived within 3 minutes and they made me wait while they did 2 haircuts before me. Great Clips is advertising $6.99 haircuts on TV, and I also had their InstaGram Great Clips coupon for $6.99 from their webpage. They totally refused to honor their coupon and sales advertisements.nHowever, they did say they would be kind enough to take $2.00 off for their Senior cut of $18.99. I refused and left.

Took my 2 boys and their dad for haircuts. We got all 3 done at the same time and all the ladies did a good job. My 3 year old daughter decided she wanted a hair cut too even though she doesn't have much hair lol but they gave her a little trim too and she was so happy ud83eudd29

I went into get a haircut for the second time at this location as I moved from Medford a while back and have gone to great clips for years. So much that during the holidays I load up on the $10.99 haircuts that they offer on a gift card around Christmas. I buy enough to last me for the year and then when I gave the gal my card she ran it and then still charged me for the haircut. I tried to explain that you take the 10.99 off the card so I don’t have to pay anything just like it’s says on the card. She wouldn’t listen or read the card. My advice is to find another great clips location as it’s a good hair cut for the value but that location doesn’t honor the product they sell and then still took money off the card and had me pay for the haircut.

Cassidy was super friendly and did an amazing job! She knew exactly the cut and style I was going for, and went beyond that to give me my favorite haircut I've had in years. I'm so happy with it. Thank you, and I'm definitely coming back to book with you :)
