Ulta Beauty

Today I went in and showed Cami pictures of two different ideas that I wanted to incorporate in my hair. I left with a beyond beautiful blended Balayage with a purple shadow box. I am so in love!! Not only was Cami super professional, but she was also super personable. We clicked right away and I am so thankful to whoever cancelled allowing her to see me today!!

I had a pickup order so I was in and out. Store is a little bit much for me as in high-traffic but that is typical for a store that sells makeup etc- but during covid I'm not keen on being in high-touch, high traffic establishments. The person who helped me was awesome though. It was pretty busy in there but they had a great handle on things.

Always AWESOME, handled my return wit exceptional customer service and without ANY hassles...heck she even was pleasant and smiling...a good majority of companies could learn something from Ulta!!!

Loved the hairdresser who helped me find Keracolor for my orange-ginger hair - I LOVE it. You do get asked multiple times by each worker if you need help but I chalked that up to them always getting stolen from. Because they were kind of stand off-ish I didn't end up asking them for help buying a new pallet, eyeliners, blush, brushes or new lashes since I decided to renew my entire makeup bag. Their loss.

All the associates were very helpful and very polite. Anique what's the stylist who did my hair she was very friendly and did an awesome job with my hair
