Burnt my skin below my eyebrows On each side!! ud83eudd2cud83dude2d Was my first time going and the lady told me it was because I had sensitive skin but I know the wax was too hot. Lady was nice until I wanted a refund they did give it to me but claimed it wasn’t their fault that the first layer of my skin came off and said the aloe Vera probably irritated my skin which is not true because I use Aloe all the time for sun burns. I would never recommend this place to anybody!

Terrible service. Lazy unfriendly over worked staff. Will never return. I could of got press on nails that looked better.

Best pedicure I've had in a long time.

Me and my mom went in for pedicures and they said it was $25, but then said it was $35 because we could only get gel because regular nail polish took to long. On top of that I felt like it was not sanitary, and the woman did then terrible, she did not really scape the bottom of our feet. Will definitely not be returning.

An acquaintance and I had a little extra money to spend after shopping around the mall. We approached LA Nails in hopes of getting a relaxing manicure. Much to our dismay, we were treated with utter disrespect by the working crew. Communication was extremely poor and little to no English spoken. All the nails of my phalanges had unidentified specimen lurking in the cracks and crevices of the clear nail polish that was distributed unevenly and slobbishly with no care!!!! Also, to our utter dismay, I got several grease stains ranging my new polo shirt (retail $30) to my leather wallet (stains didn’t come out) from the oil that they used at the end of the procedure. The tools they used to do the manicure looked like they had seen better days, with a layer of grime throughout the tools! Doesn’t look like they were ever washed. Personally, I think this surprisingly thriving establishment needs to obtain better facility management and sanitary codes ASAP!! Thanks and have a great day (which was something we weren’t able to achieve after this encounter).
