Usually get great brow service at Ulta but the last couple brow waxes have completely fkd the shape of my symmetry, arch, and Glabella. If there was an option to put a photo on here I would. I have beautiful brows. They are full and thick but after my recent visit to Ulta I will not be back because it was hurried and careless. One brow is 3-5 mm higher than the other brow... She didn’t draw out anything points of reference she just started slapping on wax. She didn’t ask me what shape I want in my brows nothing . It was obvious the person doing the brows did not enjoy the job.
