Let me just say Jon Scott ... is amazing! I was nervous getting my hair colored for the first time. He did an amazing job on my balayage and kept it looking natural just like I asked. He is very knowledgeable and even gave me some advice about my hair. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Shelbi was fantastic! I loved the gentle way she handled my super sensitive hair and was very accommodating with whatever I wanted. Super caring gal and a great conversationalist. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

I don't know how their work is but their customer service is a red flag! First they messed up my appointment so I had to come back the next day. I waited outside for over half an hour while people were coming and going. One stylish was having a rant in the store for several minutes, waving her hands, even running outside looking mad as hell.. As I sat there waiting all that time, not one recognition, not one apology for the wait. I guess they don't need customers that bad.

Walked in for a new cut and style today and Ruth took me to her station right away. I explained what I wanted and she did the most awesome job and took her time. It was without a doubt, the best cut and style I've ever had! Going back next week so she can do my color as well!! These ladies are awesome!!
