Brooke was great. From the moment we entered, the experience overall was great. I showed Brooke a picture of what my daughter wanted and then she took it from there. I waited in the car and when my daughter was finished, she loved it. Here is what I loved: My daughter is 13, she's not very talkative. Brooke took the time to explain to her what she was doing, that her hair was very thick so she was going to thin it out a bit to get her the pixie look she wanted. She took the time to tell her how she could style her hair and what products she could use. I truly appreciate that level of attention and service with customers, even kids. Thanks Brooke!

Brooke cuts my hair every couple weeks, almost never the same style. Couldn't be happier with the results each time. Conversation is always great. The salon itself takes great measures during the current circumstances to keep everyone safe. Prices are definitely reasonable. For the same price as other local franchises, you get a way better haircut experience.

The staff is absolutely wonderful!! I have had the pleasure of having 3 folks from this location cut my hair, each one was impeccable!! After a few times I decided to stick with Brooke, something about her is very special. I feel like family every time I step in the door. In this day and age where you want a specialty haircut but don’t want to deal with the unprofessional environment I would recommend this place 10 times out of 10!! The customer service is AMAZING!!

Absolutely amazing experience! Savannah listened to what I was looking for and she DELIVERED! She was able to transform my hair into exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere is amazing as well - I've never felt so comfortable getting my hair done. They make you feel welcome and like you've known them forever. Definitely recommend!

Everything was great, a chill environment and it was extremely sanitary, definitely a return customer. Dani cut my hair and it turned out exactly as requested, I went from shoulder length hair to a fade and i couldn't be happier. Thanks.
