Pampered Salon & Spa

My wife had a DIY hair color go horribly wrong and much of her hair broke off. We called pampered to make an appointment for a haircut on short notice and initially were given an appointment for the next day (Saturday) . Saturday came and we get a text asking if she could move her appointment to Sunday. We agree that is okay and reschedule the appointment. Later that day (still Saturday) we get a text asking if she can bring cash because the card system still isn't working. Sure, not a problem. Sunday morning we get another text asking if we can come in either tomorrow or later that evening because she's running behind. Our appointment is at 9am and she opens at 8am and she's already falling behind. Chelsea is incredibly unprofessional towards new clients. We never even step foot into the place and we know we can expect better service from great clips.

If you have crazy curly hair like my own, come see Teresa at Pampered. She’s a wizard with my curly locks. Anything she does, it looks good. I asked for bangs and they looked adorable. I asked her to chop all of my hair off, it looked sleek. And now I just wanna grow it out and her care and precision every time I come in to get a trim is allowing it to grow out in clean layers and I don’t get the dreaded triangle head. Not to mention, she’s great to talk to! I never leave pampered feeling nothing less than beautiful!

Beware of this salon and specifically Ashley Prasad. My poor niece who is so super sweet and was taken advantage of. First of all she went into the salon with all one color of hair her natural color and wanted to get her ends lightened and to a grayish / purple tone. Ashley did tell her they would have to bleach her hair which is understandable, but then she proceeded to completely mess up the bleach job and then made no attempt to fix it properly and also AFTER she spent six hours “fixing” my nieces hair that she messed up she had the nerve to tell her she charged by the hour and would only charge her $75 an hour for four instead of six! She did an awful job and left my niece with very little options except to come back and spend more money to fix her mistake! My poor niece even after she cried with the result still left her a tip! At the end of the day she ended up getting it fixed by someone who didn’t even go to school to be a hair stylist and literally just watched a YouTube video and did 100% better than supposedly this professional. I’m so mad for my young niece who was taken advantage of!

“Pampered” indeed...nOne of their girls is terribly unprofessional. She is unable to maintain scheduling and then has the temerity to try and make it seem like it is OUR fault she had to postpone our appointment MULTIPLE times.

I have been getting my hair cut and highlighted by Teresa for years. She does a great job with my curly hair and always listens to what I would like done for the styling. I highly recommend Teresa. My hair (in the photo) was styled by Teresa then the photo taken by a photographer.
