Love this place! It's fairly new and they keep up with the cleanliness. They're premium wash is only $18 and it's 100% worth it. Highly recommend Scrubway Wash & Lube.

I went in to get an oil change on Saturday 1/16 I had an appointment at 1:30 they didn’t take my car until 2pm they took a long time and they were not busy at all, the guys started taking other cars that were coming in. I also requested new wipers they told me they did have them on stock, then the white girl Ashley she said they needed to order them and it may take like 1hr I let them know I’ve been waiting a long time so they offered me a call back before the end of the day. I never received a call back. I live 45 minutes away from the dealership I didnt want to drive back if they didn’t have them ready, I kept calling back nobody ever answered. On Monday I called them early morning to check with the again, I called 3x they kept transferring me to “Ashley” then she would hung up. I called again Tuesday they told me they will have them ready, I called before the end of the day then they told me I had to come back until Wednesday, I called them they told me they had them ready for me, I came today and they told me they didn’t have them and that I would have to pay $73 to order them. I got my receipt and showed it to the guys, they told me Ashley wasn’t available. It took them 30 minutes to “find” my wipers stating that they had them since this morning. Worst customer service ever!
