Great attitude and friendly staff.nCar was a mess and they made it like new again.
I paid for oil change, windshield wipers, and came with free car wash yesterday. I specifically asked attendant to put tire pressure at 32lbs as the light was on in car for uneven tire pressure. He said it was no problem but failed to put tires as I requested and accordingly light is still on inside vehicle. Also asked for a rain check on car wash and this was acknowledged and reflected on paperwork; however, attendant took it upon himself to run it through car wash. This is not the worst customer service I have experienced but missing the mark twice in same visit left me wondering whether I should continue to take my business there. Many options are available it is the small things that bring me back to an establishment.
Had to make 2 trips to get some satisfaction. First visit was horrible and was given free wash for next visit with promise cleaning would be better... didn't happen. Don't think I'll be back.
