The first few times a came everything was working properly including being able to get quarters since the machines installed run off of quarters . The washers and dryers work really well and aren't too expensive for what they do. The past few experiences have been horrible though. The money exchange machine is out of order regularly. There isn't an attendant on duty, but the convenient store next door owns the washateria. When I went to inform them the money exchange machines aren't working, the cashier (who I'm pretty sure is the owner) laughed in my face, told me they aren't working and when I asked if I could acquire quarters from him at the convenient store he laughed again and said no. So unprofessional. Not to mention the disrespect I had already experienced from him. All this after he was sexist and quickly assisted customers that were male ahead of me and made me wait as if I don't deserve speedy assistance just like those men. Appalling.
