I needed to reach the Keller Williams office and thought this was the office number to the location on Hebron Parkway; however I find out it is an individual agent's number who has hijacked the Keller Williams office address & number so all comes would be routed to him instead of the company.nnHis name is Kyle and all goes to this number go into his voice mail and he never answers any calls. I don't know how to get ahold of this Keller Williams office since Kyle has apparently claimed the business as his own. What a sneaky, unethical things to do!

Called several times after they opened and couldn't get ahold of anyone. The auto system kept saying they were closed & there was an after hours agent available (even though they were open). I chose the option to talk to an after hours agent and it said that option was not available! Obviously they don't want my business. And I shouldn't have to work so hard to get ahold of someone!

I'd had them sell a house for me a year and a half ago, and my accountant needed a copy of the closing disclosure. When I called the office, they said my agent was no longer with them and that I'd have to contact her. I said, your company hosted my listing, I paid you a very hefty fee, and you're just going to blow me off? She then hung up on me.nnI can only say, that's the poorest customer service I've ever encountered.
