Allison was extremely helpful and informative from start to finish over the course of obtaining my very first apartment! Even with my abundance of questions, she was able to help and answer all of my questions. Allison and the BH management as a collective were very responsive in a timely manner and went out of their way to help me find what was best for me financially and personally. This place is beautiful and cannot wait to spend my next year here!!

Tremendous location with amazing quality of living. But what makes this place the perfect location is its management team. Compared from the last place i was in, they have all gone the extra mile to make my family and i feel like home. Look no further, this is the place to be.

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and haven’t had any issues. I’ve enjoyed my experience. However, I noticed they replaced a lot of the workers. Today I had an experience with a male leasing agent/mgr. I wish I had his name , but I’m sure he’s the only leasing male that works inside. I understand that due to covid they are reducing contact by not allowing people inside. However the sign outside is only in reference to people looking for a new apartment or a virtual tour to contact them by email or the phone number provided.nIf you see I’m am standing in front of the door, why sit there and continue to drink your coffee. I stood there for over 5 minutes ( part of my 15 minute break) waiting for someone. He never stood up to come over, he didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Just drank his coffee. I am extremely disappointed. If this is how I’m treated when I need small assistance I can only imagine how I’m treated if I needed emergency assistance.

Ask for Alison!nFront office has always been very friendly, solved any problems or issues quickly. Even made friends with the maintenance guy . Quiet place to live not really too much noise or loud neighbors . Food trucks every once in awhile is definitely a plus! Big complex plenty of pools and fireplaces. Safe community and great location for the price.
