I’ve lived here for the past 8 years and there’s been a lot of changes specifically in these last few years - with management & the interior renovations. My experiences over time have all been really good, even with the new management that’s come in recently. I just had an issue with my lease that was fixed practically immediately by the property manager, Cassidy. She responded to my email within hours and had it fixed ASAP. She was very caring and professional about the whole situation & it’s things like this that really make a difference for me. She cares about the residents here and is attentive.nnThe maintenance guy Robert is also just absolutely awesome! He always knows what he’s doing 100% and has no problem explaining it to you. He’s very nice/easy going & takes the time to talk to you about any questions or concerns you may have. You can see that he genuinely cares about his work too and it shows. It feels nice to live in a community where management AND maintenance both are helpful & attentive to its residents.

Love the apartment. BUT the A/C was not working when we moved in. Told they needed to replace it and it would be a week to get a new A/C Unit. That was 3 weeks ago. Now, they are saying its low priority!

Apartments are well maintained, have a nice pool and gym, staff is very friendly and responsive, it's in a well-located area close to needed stores, has a reasonable price for the value! My unit was renovated to new condition and was impeccable.

Management is alright, Apartments can be nice, and it's a good area. The bad parts are the toll way if you head east to Frisco and the people.nnMost notorious issue was the rampant package theft. I've had 5 packages stolen 3 of which had signature confirmation. So someone actually signed nonsense and took the packages. A neighbor apparently didn't like my package when she received it, as it was electronics wire and potentiometers. So she decided to leave it open in the rain for a week. I only realized she had it when I had lost yet one more package and I was looking at porches.nnIf you have to live here, use the Amazon Locker down Josey Ln. But anything else seems to be at risk of getting stolen. I wish these apartment had a better package policy and just received everything at the office.nnLastly the people who live there can also be pretty unhygienic.

I didn’t end up leasing here because my plans to move were postponed. But, the staff was over the top wonderful and accommodating! Particularly Marissa, the Asst. Property Manager. The units I viewed were very nice, newly renovated, and reasonably priced! I would return and commit to a lease here in a heartbeat!
