Love this location! Great staff. Was greeted by a Miss Cassidy Holland who went out of her way to answer my questions and be of service. Will always go back here!

PLEASE READ THIS Worst experience ever . I went in with my father and sister being that we are already very stressed and emotionally drained from spending 6 hours at the vet, we went to pet smart to get my sweet girl something that could support her back legs with , my father said excuse me to a blond headed bimbo to ask if there was anything like that in the store but before even finishing his sentence she rudely says “WHAT do you need” because she was conversating with some other employee but we still continued to ask because we just wanted to get what we needed and get out AND THEN SHE TURNS TO HER FRIEND AND ROLLS HER EYES ! LIKE WE SEE YOU . From there we said we do not need your help and when we went to go look for her to get her name to corporate she like ran away to the grooming section. And I’m not a Karen but it was Beyond unprofessional and I’m 17! I would never treat a guest like that especially not ever knowing what someone is going through. I want to report her to corporate but obviously their not going to do anything and it’s just so frustrating because it’s like who employs these people

We had are dogs stay here for a week at the pet hotel and we are so happy we chose them. They got free ice cream 🍦 and lots of love and play time! the prices were awsome as well since you get the 1st night free when your a new customer! The staff was very friendly and they really seem to love are pups. They all came out to say by to them when we picked them up! We are definitely a petsmart family🐶❤
