I’ve been coming here for a few years and have always found the staff very friendly and fast service. I started coming here because my previous cleaner started charging way too much. I’m completely happy with everything here.
I wrote a review about a year ago about a rude employee. They have since removed her and I have returned. They do really good work. The owner knows me by name to the point that I do not even need to provide my ticket when I pull up to get my clothes. Thank you Dryclean City
We had many experience with this cleaners where they just hung the clothes back on the hanger and charged us without cleaning them. Many, many times, I received shirts back with mysterious stains on them that weren't there when we dropped them off. They could not remove some of these stains that occurred while in their shop and would not make good on their damage to the clothing. If you care about your clothes, do not take them to this cleaners. Convenient location, but unreliable and destructive service.
Please stay away from this place they lost 3 shirts. The Chinese owner is so RUDE He did not want pay.
I will not take my clothes to this cleaners again. The lady at the front counter is rude and unprofessional. She talk down to the customers. I really like the work they do personally and the owner is always polite but their rude employee was enough for me to find nicer people to do business with. One bad experience can be forgiven n even two in certain instances but consistent unprofessional service is a choice.
