Never going anywhere else! They consistently do a wonderful job on everything I've sent them and they've even addressed things I didn't even think to mention. For example they tightened a button on my jacket and removed some difficult spots from one of my favorite shirts. The manager has been doing an amazing job keeping this store great. They also greet me by name - thanks for the personal attention DRY CLEAN ZONE Plano!

I took in two suits for my husband for the first time last week. He did a great job! He was very nice and although it was my first time taking clothes there he remembered exactly who I was. They are priced fairly, at a convenient location and got my husband's suits back very quickly! So glad we finally found a dry cleaner we can trust. We will definitely continue to use them for all of our dry cleaning needs.

Horrible experience! He gave my clothes to another customer and told me they would be back in the shop in three days. When I came in to pick them up, he did not have them. After two weeks of back and forth, he finally had my clothes. I went in to get them and he told me I had to pay full price. I refused to pay full price and he got angry. After arguing with him, he allowed me to pay $10 off. I got home and realized that he shrank two pairs of my suit pants. Do not go here!!!

Wow this place is bad. Took them two weeks to get me 7 pieces of dry cleaning back after they lost it! Then they had the nerve to hold my clothes hostage until I paid full price. What happened to customer service and making right by your mistakes. Don't trust this place!

my jacket looked EXACTLY the same as when i took it in. i think they just sprayed it with febreeze
