One of my husband's new shirts wasn't laundered, still smelled of sweat and deodorant, had a deodorant stain on the front of the shirt. Thenin house cleaners IRONED over the dirty shirt. The clerk didn't know how to take off the price of the dry cleaning. I definately won't be back.

When I selected this cleaner, I checked their reviews- which were largely favorable. The location was convenient, so I took my suit. The young woman who helped me was polite and friendly. She gave me the ticket, marked for a pickup the next Wednesday.nOn Wednesday evening, I stopped to pick up my suit. It wasn’t there. After a phone call was made, I was told it would be available Thursday.nOn Thursday, I was told it wasn’t there, but would be available Friday. I called, and was told it was ready for pickup. I told the man I’d be there Friday morning.nWhen I arrived, the door was open, but I no one was at the counter. I called out several times, but no one came. I called their number, and it rang for a very long time without being answered. Finally, a man came out to answer the phone.nHe was polite, and got my suit. I paid, and left.nThere was no apology for wasting my time, or the inconvenience.nThe suit looks lovely. If you want courtesy, and don’t care about dependability, I would say they’re fine. If you want your cleaning at the agreed time, I would not. I will not use them again.

I have used several cleaners and this place is very good. Everyone is friendly and professional. The owner will go above and beyond to make you happy if an issue happens. If he wasn’t an OSU fan I would give them 6 stars.

I love this dry cleaners. Never had a bad experience and I always know my clothes are in good hands there.
