I called here to get an estimate to clean the carpets of a house I own in Carrollton. The girl I spoke with here gave an estimate over the phone and I asked if they would send it by email so there would be no confusion.nnShe kept saying she would send it but never did. I spoke with a couple of other women there and also left a message for Kelly and also for Sherry who I assume are the owners or managers, just trying to get someone to send me an email with the quote.nnBoth Kelly and Sherry would never return my calls and the women that answered the phone there kept promising they would send me an email with the estimate but they never did. Leads me to believe they were going to pull a bait-and-switch on me like many carpet cleaning companies are known for.nnThey give you low-ball price over the phone and then they come and clean your carpet and the price ends up being higher than what they quoted over the phone. This explains why the managers/owners there would not return my calls because they knew I was calling about requesting the quote by email.nnI would advise anyone getting their carpet cleaned to require the quote by email and if they refuse to give it to you, find another company like I eventually did.
