So when you take the tour it’s nice and beautiful. When you move-in it’s a different story. Furniture was messed up and torn. The wifi goes in and out frequently the whole time I’ve stayed here. Neighbors smoke weed all the time so the house smells like weed all the time. I’m counting the days until my lease is up. (Edit) Neighbors music will be blasting past curfew and if my roommates report about the weed smell no action was taken and if action was taken it is not effective.

I had a fantastic tour with Kristina. She was able to give me all the details I needed to know about the apartments. She was friendly and provided a thorough tour of the property. The place is beautiful and I hope to stay there this upcoming Fall.

I've had a great time at 1451 while living here. Any problems i've had were taken care of by the office staff. They answer all phone calls and emails I send to them. I also really love the gym that I can go to at any time. Highly recommend living here!

It was a great place to live at until it wasn’t. They took away our cable and changed out the wifi for a worse network while still making us pay for the full rent which cable is included in. The dog park is absolutely disgusting, there is pet waste all over the property, and I’ve even had an experience where maintenance barged into our unit without any warning to clean up the extra room we had. What really bothers me the most is the fact that I’m paying for cable when we don’t even get it. AT LEAST take $30-50 off our monthly rent.

1451 made my student living experience awesome!!! The staff is nothing short of amazing, they are the sweetest most welcoming people you will ever meet. They are always hosting fun events that gives opportunity to meet new people as well as interact with your roommates while sometimes getting a free meal! The maintenance men are always there to assist with problems, if any! I have lived at many apartments before I finally found a home at 1451! They have many different floor plans that will fit your budget! All so spacious & luxurious!
