Been living here for a couple years and haven’t ran into too much trouble. The office staff are super nice and friendly! The apartments themselves are good for the price—plus it being furnished is definitely a plus!

I honestly really like living at The Forum. The apartment alone is nice and whenever I have a maintenance request they get to it within a week. The staff is friendly and as a resident I appreciate that. I’ve lived at Castlerock as well and had cockroaches and missing shelves and cabinets so to me The Forum is 10 times better than them already.

The staff is awesome and very friendly!!! Every time I have been to the office or called the staff is able to help me and answer my questions. I have never had a serious problem with our apartment and any maintenance need is resolved timely. The amenities are awesome and clean!!

Isaac the new maintenance guy is so awesome!! He is the reason I am giving 5 stars. All apartment complexes need a hard worker like him who also is so caring and respectful! He came in for my roommate but made me feel so comfortable and we had a nice conversation while he worked! Thank you so much Isaac for making my college living experience that much better!

The management is so understanding of my roommate and I’s needs! We were so surprised when our apartment came with a TV!! Anytime I had an issue with my key, it was fixed immediately. I love how they take the time to plan activities for the residents and try to bring the community together!nWould recommend 10/10!
