Everything went really smooth renting from Jimmy Brown years ago when I lived in Denton. They were really nice in the office, I was a good renter always paid on time, left the place looking great so I never had any problems. Only had a few work orders, and they got fixed up fast. I'm in Dallas nowadays, but if I decide to move back to Denton, I'll look at what he's got available first

Dale Brown, Skye and the rest of the staff here are amazing, very professional, very clean people. I felt safe here; they worked with my family even though we had some issues, they were very understanding and I thank them for that.

Jimmy Brown said he would help my little family rent a home ,they got false information that wasn't even me and denied us over false information given to them by the woodlands apartments where my son used to live we co-signed for him he was 18 at the time long story short I'm homeless now I make great money so does my husband but still homeless cause I ran out of time to keep looking cause I trusted Jimmy Brown for help nope never again ud83dude12 stole my money. cause he had no intention of helping us.
