My girlfriend lives in an apartment with them and I'm often there. Maintenance responds well whenever she has a concern and I've personally met the owner because he takes time to stop by and handle things sometimes. they have a fair price and they are good people as far as I can tell. They aren't trying to scam people out of money or deposits and they seem to care about their residents
