Very affordable place. Looks like it was recently renovated. The townhouse style 2 bedroom apartments have a fenced-in patio. Floor is kind of creaky, there's a shared toilet and tub/shower but each bedroom has its own separate sink and countertop.

Giant roaches during the summer, but my cat keeps them away. Yes! Pet friendly place! Two windows in the front room and bedroom. The place is falling apart, the floor squeaks, the ceiling AC unit drips, there's cracks in the walls, the caulking is moldy and peeling, but it's really what you pay for, and management has been wonderful.

There's no windows in the whole apt, only hug door for the balcony but nothing upstairs, in the summer cockroaches are going to be ur best friend
