Be wary. I was referred by a realtor friend to find leak. Scheduled quickly but no showed and no called initial visit. Came out to diagnosis leak for claim and to do other work. I paid over the phone and have yet to receive a receipt to show buyer work completed. Insurance adjuster simply needs report emailed over, and 2 weeks later it is still not complete. I have called and texted almost everyday to get this with excuse after excuse. Finally I was told directly by the owner yesterday he was tired of dealing with this and it was not a priority. I have encounter terrible service but this takes the cake. Owner knows we are selling my elderly father's home and we have a leak he said he would take care of. This is the type of person you are considering doing business with. Note: Not a part of the BBB.
Do not go with this plumber. The owner goes back on his word and is dismissive and rude.
They are good and reasonably priced for work. Our hot water heater went out and they gave a free estimate were able to come replace it the next day. They will make sure the job gets done.
Very reliable, excellent service! Really takes care of his customers! I’ve needed plumbing service multiple times for different reasons over the years and he is the one I always call!
