Woke up to no water today due to frozen pipes. Called them they came in a few hours and got right to it great attitude and helpful advice even in the snowy weather definitely will refer this company to whoever needs a good plumber.
I had a list of items that needed repair. Toby called ahead of time to go over the items so that he would be prepared when he arrived the next morning. He arrived on time and, for those who are concerned about the current Covid situation, both gentlemen wore their masks the entire time. They were respectful and honest. Toby went above and beyond. This is the type of company you can feel good about and have a lasting relationship for years to come. I definitely recommend Imperial Plumbing and will not hesitate to use them in the future.
Called in about several issues concerning my hot water heater. Talked with Toby who took the time to trouble shoot the problem and walk through all the scenarios. He was extremely personable and upfront. This company is amazing. I highly recommend them.
They went above and beyond for us during a main leak on a bitter cold Sunday morning as the winter storm blew in on Valentines day. They were friendly and generally happy to be of service. Given the circumstances the fees were more than fair. Highly recommend them.
We had a leak from the water heater and they came out same day and fixed the leak quickly. They were fast, professional, and honest. I will definitely be calling them again whenever I have issues. Thanks guys!
