Called on a Tuesday after the deep freeze we experienced in Texas and they scheduled me that next Thurs! Most others were needing a few weeks to catch up with demand. They found and repaired the broken water line, and price was very reasonable. Definitely would recommend Advanced Plumbing Repair to anyone needing a good plumber! Had a tough job under the house to repair a rusted pipe leaking water from the sink. John came out quick and did a great job and saved me a ton of money. Constantly in communication with me. Professional. Polite. You know how valuable it is to find a plumber you can trust. Definitely will use again.

I have been using Advanced Plumbing for about a year now for all of the properties I manage and will always call them first. John and his teams customer service is excellent, the prices are great (much lower than a lot of other plumbers in the area) and they are a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Advanced Plumbing.

John was so great! He came out a couple hours after I called him to come give me a quote on installing a waterline to my fridge and adding a dishwasher hookup. He came the next morning to do the work and ended up dropping the price because it didn’t take him as long as he expected. He was friendly, honest, prompt, professional and answered all my questions. I would definitely use Advanced Plumbing Services again!

First I want to note that Advanced Plumbing was the only company of the 4-5 I called that answered the phone (yes I understand due to current circumstances plumbing professionals are extremely busy, but so was John when he took my call). I was expecting to be told it would be a day or two before he could get someone out to our house, but once I mentioned we had six kiddos and had been without water for 5-6 days; John assured me he would handle it today. I got an email within 10 minutes of our conversation confirming he would be here between 5pm-6pm...and even better he was an hour early and arrived @ 4pm. We talked briefly as I showed John where water had been coming in our closet and he found the two pipe breaks inside the wall within 10 minutes. Within an hour he had everything back up and running, I couldn't be more pleased. Super professional, super courteous and most important an honest and good person. Thanks again John / Advanced Plumbing Services!!!
