My entire home on the bottom floor flooded. One call and they came right out. He got all of the water out of the walls. He cut the sheet rock and took out all the wet installation. They are very courteous and hard working. Also they cleaned up after themselves like nothing never happened. I rate 5 stars.
Mike was extremely responsive and was able to squeeze me into his schedule right before the holiday when he was very busy. He was also good at communicating before, during and after the service. He is very knowledgeable and does not try to upsell you on services like the big companies do. He did a great job on our carpets and will definitely use him again in the future.
I've used this company both for stretching the carpets following foundation work and for cleaning. They are reliable, friendly, and do extremely good work. Easy to schedule and they go above and beyond the call of duty.
My nine month old puppy decided to dig into my carpet, and he pulled some of the carpet away from the first step of the stairs. I was worried I would have to replace all the carpet. Mike was able to repair/replace the damage carpet. Mike did a professional job, I would recommend Absolute Carpet Care.
Such great service and my carpets look wonderful!!! Mike was amazing and so polite!!! Best carpet cleaning in the DFW area for sure and such reasonable prices!!!
