Went here because it was around the corner from my house. Took them a suit i needed the next day and they not only got it turned around in time but it was pretty good work. So then i took a couple other suits I had worn and needed cleaning because I had let them get all wrinkled. They came out great so i took over a shirt that had a button off it. Came out great, you cant even tell. I hadnt left it there for cleaning, just the button but it got cleaned ironed and starched too. They use just the right amount of starch. To see what they did with it, i took them a wool coat that has been worn as casual dress so its totally hammered, it came out WAY better than i expected and took them a pair of slacks that years ago i had worn as WORK PANTS so you know they were basically ruined but you keep something like that for rainy days you have to wear slacks. Literally the only reason they dont look like well kept slacks now is because of the worn spot from my wallet.nI used to think i was smart by taking my drycleaning down to a more affluent area and have used several in flower mound, but the results here are better.nBottom line, even if you are hard on the dress clothes (mens clothes, i dont know anything about womens) these guys will keep your drycleaning sorted out. Pretty good prices too. Darn good stuff, im going to take them a bunch of shirts tomorrow.

I had the worst experience here. I called ahead of time because all I wanted was to shorten the strap on a halter. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone said it wouldn't be a problem and they can do that any time. Just to wait about 5 days for the alterations to be completed. Just 3 hours later I walked in and the lady at the counter was incredibly rude and said I have to wait till Monday to get anything done (I work during the week so that's not possible). I let her know Co worker told me earlier that it wouldn't be a problem. She said he was wrong. Then she kept on trying to rationalize and say that she didn't do anything wrong and she was completely focusing on her being right instead of trying to help me (the customer) she started treating me like I was a complete idiot in front of 2 customers. She was so rude I ended up walking out crying. Worst experience I've ever had in my life. Do not go here. They are rude and they will lie repeatedly to you.

I have gone to a few cleaners and so far this has been the best one.
