I know fast food options in Ridgefield are a bit limited, but don't go here unless you want your order messed up... pretty much every time.nnI'm standing outside in the cold right now while they make an item they forgot to include because their lobby, that I just walked out, is closed now. Shame on me really though. I can't believe I walked out of this Taco Bell without checking my order. The last two were wrong so I should have expected something to be off this time as well.nnThey found the missing item and also remade it fresh, they even let me back inside eventually, hooray for that at least, but I've now had 3 issues in a row the last 4 times I've eaten here so I'm done... just like my family will be done (eating) by the time I get back. Of wait, they forgot the kids portion of the order...

Food was, well... typical. However, not so typical....the till wouldn't allow full change to be returned to the customers. So Tacobell kept my change, when asked for a side of sour cream .... 79 cents. They kept the change of goodness knows, how many customers.nTacos were skimpy; minimalist?nWouldn't return.n#CVOID19

The workers are always nice. Service is slow. They always forget things whether it’s sauce or how to make things nice and neat or correctly. They have been open for a while and you would think their customer service would improve with non sloppy or wrong food but every time I go I am pretty much disappointed with my food. Please do a better and more efficient job.

The workers are usually pretty nice and efficient, however in the several times I’ve been there, half my order is missing. This has happened 5/6 times I’ve been there as well as when adding sour cream to something, that never happens either. Hopefully a better system can be put in place so it doesn’t keep happening!

This place habitually forgets part of my order almost every time. I’ve had to go back in to get my husbands burrito and my chips multiple times. This time no one even tried to help me until I hollered to the back. Just cuz you don’t have much competition in Ridgefield doesn’t mean this franchise should suck. This place was on point when it opened and now a bunch of teenagers run it and never double check what they send out.
