I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Beverly. She is a great property manager and made my move a very seamless process. We toured the property, I applied, she verified everything, and within four days, I was approved for the rental! The paperwork was simple and I loved being able to sign an extended lease.nnShe also ensured any issues I encountered were fixed prior to move-in. I am very grateful to her and her expertise. When it is time to buy, I plan to use her in the future. Definitely one to recommend.

Signed a contract with Farren and then didn't hear from her. No progress reports from her. Tried to contact her before listing expired. She did not respond to phone calls or texts. I do not recommend this agency.

Drove all the way out for an appointment with Kathrine Clay to look at a property and the property is under contract! She said she texted us... no text or call. What a waste of time and so unprofessional.nnKathrine called a apologized that day asking if there was anything she could do to make it up to us. There was not, but her apology was sincere. All is forgiven. Hope she makes it a priority to notify potential buyers better of any changes before they drive over an hour out to look at a property. I added 2 stars because it is always a good thing to admit you messed up.
